We are seeking a seasoned business leader to fill the role of Senior Business Strategy and Pricing Manager. This pivotal position combines deep expertise in data-driven pricing operations with a solid understanding of enterprise software business models.
This individual will be responsible for developing and leading data-driven pricing models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to enable proactive and informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include analyzing transaction data and building analytical models to support pricing and monetization strategy, conducting strategic market, competitive, customer, and financial analyses to validate pricing and packaging hypotheses, and managing and enhancing pricing operations workflows to ensure pricing approvals, discounting structures, and governance frameworks are optimized.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing, monetization strategy, and pricing analytics and operations, with expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel and familiarity with configure, price, quote (CPQ) tools.
A strong analytical acumen, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills, is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing, monetization strategy, and pricing analytics and operations;
- Solid analytical acumen with expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel;
- Familiarity with CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ RLM;
- Good experience in pricing governance, pricing approval workflows, and operational pricing structures;
- CPQ implementation and optimization experience preferred, including discounting frameworks, approval automation, and process improvements;
- Deep understanding of SKU strategy and lifecycle, including rationalization and alignment with product strategy;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and balance projects;
- Deep knowledge/exposure to tokens/credits, AI pricing, product analytics, and partner OEM pricing models;
- Ability to develop and present packaging and pricing recommendations that resonate with internal teams and our customers.
