This is a dynamic leadership role for an accomplished Mortgage professional who possesses extensive expertise in mortgage origination and correspondent lending. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build robust relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of mortgage professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional performance and results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive coaching and mentoring programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
- Minimum 60 years of experience in mortgage origination and correspondent lending, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced knowledge of mortgage regulations, including TRID guidelines, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent supervision, organization, and math skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
