US Mortgage Pre-Closing Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Pre-Closing role. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing loan packages, creating Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs), and coordinating with Title and Settlement agents to ensure timely closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review loan packages and create Initial and subsequent CDs.
  • Coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure timely closings.
  • Analyze fees from settlement agents and perform fee analysis.
  • Prepare Preliminary closing disclosure.
  • Issue initial closing disclosures/re-disclosures to clients.
  • Closely monitor individual closing pipeline, workload, and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Requires 3-4 years of experience in preparing Initial and Final closing documents.
  • Should have knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts, practices, procedures, and Fannie Freddie guidelines to complete tasks.
  • Should possess basic knowledge to work on MS office tools.
