Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to manage a cluster of hotels/hostels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service quality experience is delivered to guests and overseeing various functions within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand the company's vision, operational structure, and organisational hierarchy.
  2. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) within your region.
  3. Oversee regional operations, adhering to company-defined standards in all departments.
  4. Foster a positive work environment and oversee human resource development.
  5. Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality and identify improvements.
  6. Manage operational budgets and minimise expenses through cost-effective strategies.
  7. Ensure operational readiness and quality checks for hostel pre-launches.
  8. Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing escalations and implementing service improvements.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments and build relationships with industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management.
  2. At least 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions.
  3. Proven track record of successfully scaling teams and managing diverse operations.
  4. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  5. Fluency in English and local language.
  6. Ability to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations.
