We are currently seeking an accomplished Hotel Operations Manager to spearhead the maintenance of exceptional guest experiences at our establishment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the hotel's operational departments, prioritizing high standards of comfort, hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Develop and implement quality service standards that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and all other areas of the hotel, adhering to industry benchmarks.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Effective cost management for efficient operation.
  • Development and implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce the hotel's environmental footprint.
  • Interior design expertise to optimize space layout and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of chemicals and cleaning equipment for effective cleaning practices.
  • Horticulture and landscaping skills to maintain outdoor spaces and create a welcoming ambiance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and guests.
  • Implementation of property management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Equipment knowledge and management for optimal performance.
  • Computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene practices to ensure a secure and healthy environment.
