About Life Skills Implementation:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Coordinator for Life Skills Programs.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our programs at schools across Hyderabad. You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
  • Work closely with content developers to ensure quality of the program.
  • Collaborate with the content team and participate in content quality checks.
  • Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students.
  • Support in marketing and operations strategies and roll outs.
  • Program Implementation:
  • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed for smooth functioning.
  • School Collaboration:
  • Presentations and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools.
  • Build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from schoolteachers and management.
  • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff.
  • Program Delivery:
  • Ensure smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  • Conduct classes for students as required.
  • Provide support on Learning Management System.
  • Teacher Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to teachers in delivering the programs.
  • Facilitate collaboration among teachers.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
  • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
  • Prepare reports for further action.
  • Travel:
  • Be willing to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology or social work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education or a relevant field.
  • Location: Commutable distance to Hyderabad and other districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, India.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
