Marketing Operations Excellence Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to help scale our marketing organization using AI and automation.

This role combines project management, data analysis, and technical expertise to drive our marketing operations forward. You'll ensure our systems run smoothly, data flows correctly, and marketing stays on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Operational Excellence:
    • Manage and improve our marketing project management tools to increase adoption and usage consistency.
    • Develop clear project workflows, SLAs, timelines, and reporting standards for efficient marketing execution.
    • Coordinate campaign and content calendars, team cadences, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • AI & Automation:
    • Collaborate with the AI Marketing Ops team to scope, prioritize, and document agentic workflows and develop agents.
    • Translate marketing goals into technical briefs for RevOps and Engineering partners.
    • Assess automation use cases based on business impact, complexity, and readiness.
  • Data Structure & Insights:
    • Build and maintain a consistent marketing data foundation across various tools.
    • Work with analysts to extract performance insights, support dashboard development, and ensure data integrity.
    • Document and maintain data flows, naming conventions, and taxonomy for scalability and integrity.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Project/Program Management, Data Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to turn chaos into clarity.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between marketing, IT, and analytics teams.
  • Passion for AI in marketing and willingness to operationalize intelligent workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
