Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in key regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with dealers, architects, builders, and project consultants to increase market share.
  • Develop sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with dealers to establish premium tile displays and promotional activities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Visit client sites regularly to understand their requirements and strengthen engagement.
  • Work with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in sales or business development within tiles, marble, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with C-level executives, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
