Key Financial Management Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily financial operations, encompassing accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Closely monitor cash flow, investments, and cash forecasting to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Manage budgeting processes across departments and support cross-functional team members with budget planning.
Accounting Compliance Key Roles
  • Maintain strict adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST returns and handle audits, assessments, and departmental notices efficiently.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of income tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Manage statutory, Tax audits, assessments and respond within given time limits.
  • Stay up-to-date on transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all FEMA-related transactions and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain a high level of accounting transparency.
Strategic Financial Support
  • Provide valuable financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and risk management strategies.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Team Leadership Role
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to achieve high levels of job satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Foster continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance overall organizational performance.
