
Lead Customer Experience

As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of skilled professionals and drive customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion, manage internal stakeholders, and resolve customer escalations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Own the customer experience post-project booking till handover, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving customer issues within committed ETAs and ensuring projects are completed successfully.
• Continuously coordinate with installer, vendor, category, and product teams to facilitate faster issue resolution and empower your team members to solve problems effectively.
• Be a people manager, empowering your existing team and hiring talented individuals to strengthen your region's capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to defined process SOPs and standards to provide a standardized customer experience, achieving targets such as Customer Move In Timeline Adherence and Customer Overall CSAT Score.
Required Expertise and Qualifications include:
• A degree from a reputable university (e.g., NIT, IIM, Tier 1 B-school) is preferred.
• 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
• Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process are essential.
