Our company seeks a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our dynamic team in the digital marketing space.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining records and documentation, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations. Additionally, they will assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.

They will also support onboarding activities, handle HR operations, such as attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management. Furthermore, they will assist in basic finance tasks, like billing, invoicing, and petty cash.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
