Job Role: Fiscal Support Specialist

We seek a diligent and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our financial team in day-to-day operations.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in billing, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and general accounting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to build a strong foundation in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and generating client invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
  • Support daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
  • Help monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Maintain and update financial documentation and databases.
  • Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures.
  • E nsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
