Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with expertise in designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to software development tasks and collaborate with stakeholders on ServiceNow support.
  • Apply excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Manage day-to-day technical tasks to meet deadlines.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Development experience in Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Proficient in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules and data transformations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance and security.
  • Establish integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services and APIs.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data integrations.
