By partnering closely with senior management, you will develop and execute comprehensive people strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping org design, talent planning, and succession planning initiatives.

Workforce Strategy Expertise
  • Design and implement effective workforce plans that meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

With your analytical mind and data-driven approach, you will drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning. You will also lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Compensation and Benefits Strategist
  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle

As an experienced professional, you possess a deep understanding of HR principles and practices. You are well-versed in compensation and benefits policies, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions. Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills make you an ideal fit for this role.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in HRBP and Compensation & Benefits
  • Proven experience in partnership-building with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school
