Strategic Human Resource Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail business objectives and staff-related challenges, enabling them to create strategic recommendations based on this comprehension.
You will act as the main point of contact for our staff and sales teams, driving governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive HR initiatives and best practices across the organization.
- Engage with regional managers and territory managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
- Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development within the team.
- Train and mentor team members on HR-related topics.
- Directly interact with store staff, implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
- Responsible for HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit process.
- Cultivate individual manager's growth and leadership capabilities.
- Develop and drive HR policies and directives to ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
- Travel across the country for staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-6 years of retail relationship experience.
- Ability to manage big teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
