Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
About the Role
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of high-quality candidates.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic planning and operational execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Certification in HR or a related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR).
