Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and technically inclined individual to fill the role of Marketing Executive / Back Office Sales Engineer. This hybrid position combines strategic marketing aspects with technical support and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives, assist sales team with technical information and proposals, manage data, and ensure seamless internal operations.
  • Contribute to content creation for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new customer segments.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Back Office Sales Engineering Support:

  • Provide technical support to the field sales team and clients by answering product-related queries, providing specifications, and assisting with technical clarifications.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales data, lead information, and customer interactions.
  • Process sales orders, ensure timely follow-ups with internal departments to track order status, and communicate updates to the sales team and clients.

General Administrative & Coordination:

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support sales and marketing departments.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Handle incoming inquiries (phone/email) and direct them to the appropriate team members.
