Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Business Development Specialist – Clinical Research (Performance-Based). The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic business development plans. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The specialist will work closely with the clinical research team to identify business opportunities and achieve performance-based targets.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Market Research skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Networking
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven track record in business development within the healthcare or clinical research industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
