Job Overview:

As a Clinical Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for defining project specifications for data management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project specifications for data management services, including protocol conversion, database build, CRF design, and data review.
  • Understand external data collection and its integration into the clinical trial.
  • Execute data cleaning strategies to accelerate subject data cleanliness and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Perform holistic data review and trending analysis via reporting to proactively identify issues and risks.
  • Utilize AI and ML for anomaly and outlier detection to enhance trial data efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform query management and define specifications for technical team configuration of centralized data management platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain data management documentation and review team-developed deliverables for quality control.
  • Collaborate as a team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:

Experience in data management and clinical trials is required.

A strong understanding of data collection, integration, and reconciliation processes is essential.

Proficiency in using AI and ML for anomaly detection and ability to execute data cleaning strategies are necessary.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
