Investment Banking Specialist

Role Overview:

The Investment Banking Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving day-to-day investment banking processes with utmost efficiency. Key responsibilities include meeting operational targets, performing transactions within defined guidelines and timelines, adhering to governance and compliance frameworks, and collaborating with clients on rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end investment banking processes efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed operational targets.
  • Perform complex transactions as per predefined protocols and schedules.
  • Maintain adherence to established governance and compliance mechanisms.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in investment banking domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of core investment banking concepts.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
  • Aptitude for adapting to dynamic work environments.
  • Prior experience in high-volume transaction roles or client-facing positions is an asset.
