Deputy Manager-Reconciliation and Settlements

We are seeking a results-driven Deputy Manager to oversee reconciliation and settlements operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team in achieving operational excellence.

  • Manage and supervise daily activities to maintain an optimal operating model.
  • Process payments and transactions within set timelines, adhering to service level agreements (SLA) standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Evaluate operational risk management and address audit points in a timely manner.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of banking experience, preferably in international payment gateways, fintech, or merchant settlement and reconciliation.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of success in team-based environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Qualifications: minimum graduation from a recognized university, preferably in accounting (B.COM).
