Job Title: Securities Operations Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Securities Operations Associate Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of specialists in transactional tasks, ensuring quality and compliance in securities operations.
  • Provide support as the first point of contact for all delivery tasks and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets delivery expectations and resolve issues related to reporting, career path, and related activities for direct reports.
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers.
  • Lead the team to achieve objectives.
  • Manage the allocation of people and financial resources for securities operations.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of Leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with tools like Alteryx, Tachyon, and other latest AI tools.
