As a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager, you will lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects within the wealth management domain. This encompasses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Collaborate closely with wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\
  • Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements and customization) where needed.\
  • Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms, including portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, and Fintech systems.\
  • Manage the full project lifecycle — RFP, requirements discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and support.\
  • Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.\
  • Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting).\
  • Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.\
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution.\
  • Deliver dashboards and analytics tailored for relationship managers, advisors, and compliance officers.\

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.\
    • 10+ years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform.\
    • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services (client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, portfolio reporting).\
    • Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Security, Permission Sets).\
    • Hands-on Salesforce customisation skills (Apex, LWC, VF, Aura, Triggers, Batch Processes).\
    • Good to have experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).\
    • Experience managing system integrations, data migrations, and AppExchange solutions.\
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.\
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\

Preferred Skills include Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Additionally, experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations is preferred.
