Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to assume the role of Solution Lead. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Financial Cloud and familiarity with Automotive Cloud, with a proven track record of designing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute the overall Salesforce strategy, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and scalability.
  • Foster collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee solution design and development, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Support project teams by navigating Salesforce capabilities, data structures, and reporting tools.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, focusing on Financial Cloud (essential) and Automotive Cloud (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, integration, and advanced configurations.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with best practices for scalability, security, and performance optimization.
