Enterprise Business Systems Solution Architect

The Global Business Technology team is the driving force behind our growth and strategic initiatives. We are seeking a top-tier Enterprise Business Systems - Solution Architect/Team Lead to join our newly formed GTM Systems team.

This role will be a hands-on, lead-by-example position responsible for architecting and leading the design, development, and re-implementation of GTM systems. This will ensure future scalability, growth, and standardization.

  • Develop deep knowledge of GTM system features and capabilities to innovate solutions using out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Establish strong relationships with product lines and delivery management teams to identify and promote features in the core product.
  • Create fit-gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solutions meet requirements and product functionality.
  • Develop and design requirements for GTM systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.
  • Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development of technical requirements for GTM systems.
  • Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers regarding GTM systems.

This role involves hands-on configuration of GTM systems, including Salesforce and its ecosystem, and managing implementation throughout the lifecycle.

We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have strong requirements, design, and documentation skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
