Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Service Cloud to lead enterprise-wide implementations, drive technical governance, and align Salesforce solutions with business strategy.

This role requires extensive experience in designing and architecting complex Service Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end architectures for Service Cloud solutions at enterprise scale, defining data models, security models, and integration architectures.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance, coding standards, and best practices across Salesforce programs, ensuring compliance with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee critical administration areas such as roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, and automation tools.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Act as the technical authority for Service Cloud initiatives, guiding developers, admins, and consultants on scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote continuous learning of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to technical standards.
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead enterprise-wide Service Cloud implementations, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and Service Console.
  • Collaborate with program managers to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure architectural alignment and delivery excellence.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce Service Cloud releases, AppExchange products, and industry innovations, promoting adoption of automation, AI/Einstein features, and advanced architectural patterns.
  • Promote the development of enterprise-wide Salesforce governance frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
