About the Role:

  • As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for daily administration and support of the Salesforce database, including managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.">
  • You will work closely with management to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.">
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and improve business outcomes.">
  • Collaborate with development teams to create and document application requirements.">
  • Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionality, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.">
  • Train users on database applications and ensure seamless adoption.">
  • Provide exceptional technical support to application users, resolving issues promptly and professionally.">
  • Log and track system problems through resolution, ensuring minimal downtime.">
  • Gain hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementation.">
  • Experience with Lightning is highly desirable.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10th, 12th, and graduation education.">
