Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to spearhead the optimization of our Salesforce environment across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and refining the platform to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Design and refine automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions that drive business growth.
  • Provide frontline support and training for Salesforce users globally, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with Marketing to support Account Engagement campaign execution and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform security best practices are upheld to safeguard our organization's assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and assess their impact on our current org to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must-have.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience is required.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential.
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (Pardot) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of data architecture are crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting a global user base is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, Dashboards, and Apex is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder are advantageous.
  • Experience with integration tools and AppExchange packages is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology can be beneficial in driving project success.
  • Some Apex familiarity and Platform builder experience can open doors to new opportunities.
  • Some SOQL Experience can help you navigate complex data queries.
  • CMS Experience (bonus) and HTML/CSS skills (bonus) can give you a competitive edge.
