Job Title: Senior Jira Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Engineer to design, manage and optimize Jira workflows.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jira administration, scripting/API use and plugin development.
  • They will be responsible for setting up projects, managing permissions, developing scripts and plugins, integrating Jira with other systems, supporting users and ensuring optimal system performance.

This is a full-time role that requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize Jira to meet business requirements
  • Manage and maintain Jira instances including project setup permission management and plugin development
  • Develop and implement scripts and integrations to enhance Jira functionality
  • Provide user support and optimize system performance
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Jira administration scripting API use and plugin development
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
