Job Title: Senior Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile Application Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management
  • Identify and report defects and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Design and develop automated test scripts using various tools and technologies
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve application quality
  • Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure smooth user experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile application quality assurance with expertise in both manual and automated testing
  • Good understanding of API testing and its application in mobile app development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans/test cases
  • Solid hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, etc.
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Advantage to have experience in mobile testing tools
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
  • Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements into test specs
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experienced in preparing test data, test case preparation, and test execution
  • Client-focused service delivery
