Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this Systems Analyst role will possess a solid technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, virtual team.

  • Maintain existing code and configuration by supporting and maintaining data & analytics products.
  • Develop, test, and deploy code based on designs created with the guidance of senior team members. Implement solutions following standard methodologies for code structure and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A solid technical background, including understanding software development processes, databases, and cloud-based systems.
  • Ability to triage and resolve incidents, bring up when necessary, and maintain SLAs.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of testing methodologies.
  • Experience working with databases, data modeling, and data warehousing (Oracle, MySQL).
  • Ability to understand and map business requirements to system capabilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with global stakeholders, communicating both technical and non-technical issues.
