Business Development Consultant

Description:
This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analysis, Agile Scrum methodology, and Data models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Claims system for Personal and Casualty (P&C) Insurance and experience working in a Global Delivery Model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience working with P&C Insurance claims systems, preferably in a business analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and ability to apply it in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Guidewire Certification in ClaimCenter.
- Experience working in a Global Delivery Model.
