About this role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into tailored solutions using Business Central.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.
- Manage full-cycle implementations of Business Central, including configuration, testing, training, and support.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.
- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.
- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.
Qualifications include 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a proven ability to lead client engagements, a strong understanding of Business Central modules, excellent communication and presentation skills, and more.
