Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years
    of experience in
    Business Consulting
    with a focus on
    BPM/Digital Transformation
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Appian BPM (preferred)
    or other BPM tools (Pega, IBM BPM, Camunda, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and
    SDLC
    .
  • Appian certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to capture business processes and translate them into BPM workflows.
  • Design, configure, and optimize solutions using
    Appian BPM
    or other BPM platforms.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies for digital transformation projects.
  • Provide consulting expertise on best practices in
    Business Process Management (BPM)
    and
    Appian capabilities
    .
  • Define KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and process performance monitoring strategies.
  • Train business users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Stay updated with
    digital trends, low-code platforms, and BPM advancements
    to provide innovative solutions.
