Responsibilities

1. Analyze client data and operational challenges, including technology, to identify integration and improvement opportunities.
2. Develop and share reusable assets applicable to new projects.
3. Diagnose client problems, conduct analysis, and provide solutions.
4. Frame clients' needs in the context of technology.
5. Manage work according to the project plan to ensure an excellent client experience.
6. Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and confidently to inspire confidence in team members and clients.
7. Work closely with AI team to bridge the gap between technical and business teams of clients
8. Identify AI high-impact use cases for different business contexts 
9. Build business cases for AI initiatives
10. Translate business needs on AI use cases into technical requirements
11. Build re-usable assests working in collaboration with AI team
12. Gather and interpret financial information to support proposed recommendations.
13. Interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds to serve clients efficiently.
14. Understand the client's business, stay updated on sector trends, and learn best practices.
15. Present ideas and cases coherently, supported by relevant data and tools.
16. Comprehend the various aspects of the sales and business development process and take appropriate actions as needed.
17. Focus on effective communication and relationship-building skills.
18. Embrace and embody the organization's purpose and values, seeking opportunities for impact.
19. Demonstrate personal accountability for performance and meeting expectations.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Masters in Business Administration
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Consulting or Minimum 2 years of experience of Business Consulting with focus on Technology Advisory
3. Experience in any of Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences, BFSI, Energy & Resources sectors
4. Understanding of one or more industry market conditions and trends
5. Understanding of multiple core business processes
6. Exposure to running client workshops to identify technology initiatives
7. Experience in working with client stakeholders across levels – shopfloor to CXOs
8. Experience in AI projects / products  
9. Experience in working with Agile Tools would be good
10. Practical client experience across consulting lead to closure cycle - including presales, sales, planning, design, and delivery. 
11. Exposure to Design Thinking methodology would be good
12. Ability to work in teams (multi-functional) and manage difficult conversations with exceptional interpersonal skills.
13. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Creative and innovative thinker
