Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Loan Origination Team Lead to oversee the loan origination process. As a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, you will lead and motivate a team of direct sales agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive loan originations and ensure timely completion of loans.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of DSAs to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Directly supervise and mentor a team of loan DSAs to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to facilitate smooth loan processing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in the financial services industry, preferably in loan origination.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan products, DSA processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving team performance and delivering results.
