As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a crucial role in driving successful collection processes. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that optimize collections on past due invoices and enhance account penetration.
Key Responsibilities:- Performance Target Management: Establish annual performance targets and create relevant metrics to measure progress.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
- Productivity Enhancement: Ensure maximum productivity through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data.
Additionally, you will contribute to improvements in collection projects by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions. You will also communicate internally or externally to identify issues and propose long-term sustainability solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies, or related fields. They must have in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash Process and 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, including at least 5 years of people management and collections expertise.
