Strategic Communications Professional

This role is responsible for planning, managing and producing communications and related materials to meet organizational strategies and objectives.
The Communications Manager will manage and coach professional staff, provide guidance and direction, delegate work appropriately, solve unique cross-functional problems, lead and coach on project, account, vendor management, build, lead and strengthen relationships with stakeholders/leaders/vendors, build, lead, execute strategic communications planning (marketing promotional plan/communications plan), lead tactical execution of marketing and/or communications plans, identify, coach, and manage process improvement and functional excellence, simplify complex messages across multiple stakeholders, write, edit, and create content and strategic messaging and adhere to relevant style guide, represent, adhere to, and champion the brand, manage and maintain financials, prepare and execute event planning and event logistics, lead functional trainings, create and deliver presentations, set targets for data-driven decisions, compile, analyze, and utilize metrics, data, and analytics, understand and champion digital tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders, innovate and lead continuous improvement in their area of work.
