Sr. Operations Executive – GRC Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Operations Executive to spearhead our ServiceNow administration and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow platform including GRC modules for optimal performance
  • Execute DevOps activities such as code deployments across environments ensuring seamless integrations
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects to prevent downtime
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems to maintain data integrity
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide detailed root cause analysis reports
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and platform stability through regular audits
  • Support compliance reporting and ensure smooth platform upgrades and patches
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Maintain detailed operational documentation and runbooks for future reference
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience with a focus on GRC modules
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSA, GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, and GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation certifications
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution and code deployments
  • Proven track record of integration monitoring, defect fixes, and strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management principles
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is an asset
