We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key representative of our agency, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners, while identifying and pitching new partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our agency in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats
- Communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats
- Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners
- Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities
- Contribute to closing deals and growing our pipeline
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns
- Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and presence
- Social media awareness across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Comfortable on camera and in professional settings
- Strategic thinker with selling instincts
- Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end
- Based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site
