Qua, a pioneering fashion brand, seeks an astute Content Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy. This dynamic individual will be responsible for creating captivating content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and propels the brand's growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media trends, exceptional creative vision, and outstanding analytical skills. Proficiency in running digital campaigns, managing social media analytics tools, and leveraging data-driven insights is crucial for success in this role.

  • Develop a robust content calendar aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives.
  • Design and execute engaging visual, video, and written content tailored for each platform.
  • Establish and grow Qua's presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conceptualize and launch high-impact digital campaigns that amplify brand awareness, drive sales, and foster community engagement.
  • Build and maintain an active online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Craft compelling copywriting for social media and other channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics, refine content, and implement actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure Qua remains at the forefront.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Exceptional understanding of social media, audience behavior, and industry trends.
  • Able to conceptualize and execute innovative, trend-driven content.
  • Proven experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Hands-on expertise with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • A keen aesthetic sense and comprehension of fashion branding.
  • Experience working with photographers, designers, and content creators is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
