Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This full-time on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves handling day-to-day tasks related to import and export logistics, communication with clients and suppliers, and customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent coordination skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth import and export operations
  • Prepare documentation for imports and exports
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • Skills in Import Logistics and Export Operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of import regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is a plus
