Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support professional to join our Trade Credit Line of Business team.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Trade Credit industry and insurance operations, coupled with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Key responsibilities include supporting clients, maintaining accurate operational data, and collaborating with global teams to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations.
  • Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.
