Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about trading and wants to make a real impact.

As a Quantitative Trader, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and executing systematic trading strategies across various asset classes. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities, develop trading plans, and execute trades.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on trading experience, with a proven track record of profitability. They will also have strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute systematic trading strategies across asset classes
  • Manage significant trading books/margins
  • Monitor and analyze market microstructure
  • Leverage statistical, mathematical, and algorithmic tools to improve execution and performance outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on trading experience
  • Domain experience in Indian/Global markets (F&O, HFT/MFT trading)
  • Experience in managing significant trading books/margins
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of market microstructure, risk management, and trading systems
