The front desk is the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and representatives. As a front desk professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient records, and handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering their inquiries, and providing information on hospital services
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and updating insurance information
- Assisting patients with medical forms, processing payments, and transcribing physician notes
