
Expert Customer Support Specialist

- Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and resolve customer issues within specified time frames.
- Document all incidents with detailed troubleshooting information, root cause analysis, and resolution details.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Contribute to the development of an internal and external knowledge base for faster incident resolution.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in product support interacting with English-speaking customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Possess a passion for technology and ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ticketing and tech support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.
- Collaborative mindset to identify root causes for technical issues.
- Technical problem-solving methodologies and effective communication of technical details.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Frontend: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery; good to have LESS, Twitter Bootstrap, TypeScript, Sass, AngularJS/React.
- Backend: Node.js/Python/PHP/JAVA*.
- Database: Working knowledge of SQL queries, knowledge of one or more databases MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or any other NoSQL DB knowledge.
- Networking concepts, Linux terminal commands, HTTP headers, cookies, web APIs, web servers, and SSL knowledge.
