Lead Generation Manager

This is a critical role that requires an experienced professional to drive demand and build a qualified pipeline for our Microsoft services portfolio.

About the Role:

  • This position involves developing and executing lead generation strategies targeting enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel campaigns (email, cold calling, webinars, events, partner programs).
  • We are looking for someone who can build and optimize databases of potential customers using CRM and lead intelligence tools.
  • The successful candidate will qualify leads through structured discovery calls and handover to sales for closure.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft's Cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform) is essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is required.
  • A proven track record of generating high-quality leads and supporting sales closure is necessary.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is crucial.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
