Job Title: Power Platform Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps / Power Platform expert to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows, and building scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members. This position requires both hands-on development and strategic leadership, ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring modern, efficient, and user-friendly replacements.
  • Develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
