Employee Experience Specialist

Job Description:

The Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This includes conducting regular check-ins, leveraging HR analytics to identify trends and challenges, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop and execute an annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, including manager recognition celebrations and initiatives that promote team connects and collaboration.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze results to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
