Advanced Technical Support Specialist
At our company, we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical support to our customers. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide second and third-level technical support resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets ensuring timely resolution.
- Document and communicate technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Continuously monitor and improve support processes tools and systems.
- Be willing to work on the technical side of the project supporting customers with technical queries.
- Participate in on-call rotations providing after-hours support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support with a focus on L2/L3 support.
- Strong technical background with expertise in ETLs databases and AWS cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service skills with effective communication.
- Experience with support ticket management tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-call and provide after-hours support as needed.
